How do I offer discounts on bulk purchases?

You can offer discounts on bulk purchases of a product in your product's settings. Just scroll down to the bottom in your Purchase Options tab to find the Bulk Price settings.

Here, you can add as many as you want based upon how many products your customers will want to purchase at once and offer discounts.
