How do I have part of my text clickable to take me to another website?

If you want your audience to go to another website you'll be able to do this with ease.

Highlight the text you want to be clickable (E.g. Click Here) then click the little Link button which looks like this:

Once you have done that, input the URL in the next text box that appears. Once you've put the URL in hit Update and your text will be underlined and a different colour, which will indicate it is clickable.
