How can I communicate directly with my ticket-holding audience?

You can communicate with your ticket-holding audience directly through the event via the “Updates” Tab.

Here, you can update your ticket holders with a message, additional photo or video.

You can communicate anything from changes in date/time/location to building hype!

All of these will be sent to each ticket holder’s email address.
