Refunds can be managed on a case-by-case basis. When selling your products, please ensure that the terms and conditions of your items being sold are by ACCC standards. ClubZone does not take responsibility for any faulty/misleading items due to the nature of how the store operates.
The money will be paid out to your club regardless of the nature of the purchase, so it relies upon the responsibility of the club to refund the customer.
