How can I communicate directly with my ticket holding audience?

You can communicate with your ticket-holding audience directly through the event via the “Updates” Tab.

Here you can update your ticket holders with a message, additional photo or video.

You can toggle whether or not you want to send notifications to ticket holders emails or not.

You can communicate anything! Such as changes in date/time/location or to build hype!
